I'm back! I'm all about good tasting snacks. I've recently been into the different varieties of Laughing Cow cheeses (1 pt per wedge) and mini Baby Bels (2 pts each). But need something crunchy to go with it. Here are some of my favs! One of my coworkers turned me on to Pretzel Crisps. You can usually have 10 of them for 3 points... they come in lots of flavors. I have found that Buffalo is a little too intensely "Buffalo" for my tastes. The original is go along with these two. They also have new mini Salted Caramel Twists for something sweet and salty. You can have 30 of them (30!!) for 4 points. I just had 15 of them this am for a nice little sweet snack with coffee. Enjoy and have a good week!
